Feds, Farmers File Duel Judgment Bids Over Minority Aid

Rocha (March 14, 2022, 7:42 p.m. EDT) — The federal government and a group of farmers suing it for excluding white farmers from COVID-19 relief funds allocated to minority farmers have filed duel petitions for summary judgment, asking a federal court in Texas to rule in favor of each party.
