Aaron Muderick named executive chairman of the Toy Association

The Toy Association Board of Directors announced that it had elected Aaron Muderick, founder of Crazy Aaron’s and inventor of Thinking Putty, as Executive Chairman of the Board. Muderick has served on the board since 2019 and most recently served as vice president of the Toy Association since 2021.

“I am excited to use my experience in the toy industry to serve our members,” says Muderick. “I look forward to leading this council to foster member success and encourage creativity while continuing to promote safe play and toys.”

Aaron recently retired from his role as chairman of his local municipal government which he had held since 2016 after serving as vice-chairman for six years. Over the years, Aaron has held many positions, successfully bringing together government and business. In addition to his elected municipal position, Muderick is also a local volunteer firefighter and served as the pyrotechnics team leader for the annual fireworks show.

Muderick is also treasurer of GEEO, a non-profit organization that allows teachers to travel abroad and share their experiences with their students when they return to class. The organization’s goal is to promote a more outward-looking worldview among American students. Last season, more than 500 teachers traveled the world with GEEO during their summer holidays.
